- Position Title -Manager-Sales-Institution
- Location –Bengaluru (Corporate Office) (Role will be accountable for Pan India).
- Total Experience – 6 to 15 Years.
- Qualification – MBA (Full Time Compulsory).
- Reporting to the Head-Institution & MFI
- Direct Reporting – Individual Contributor
- Languages Known- English /Hindi
- Industry- FMCD (Small Appliances preferably)/FMCG/FMEG/Consumer Durables/Handset)

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieving the sales target for the Institution & Corporate Channel
- Ensuring stock as per client-vendor plan requirement
- Taking indents from vendors and ensuring the fill rate of purchase orders every month
- Ensuring the management of huge volume demands from vendors by constantly coordinating and planning with the plant production manage
- Managing the collection target and outstanding every month
- interacting with the service head and managers of PAN India for customer service in the institution.
- Interacting with external agencies for artwork and marketing material
- Supporting the external auditors to complete the reconciliation issue
- Adding new accounts through a business development initiative
- Identifying better forms of penetration directly into the Institution & corporate gifting.

Remark

- Experience in Institution Sales is compulsory
- Candidates who have handled a business of 50 Crs & above will be only considered
- Travel requirement as per business exigency
- Working Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Good Working knowledge of Excel is compulsory
- Good Communication & Influencing Skill
- Looking for stable candidates only (Frequent job changes will be not considered)
- Local Candidates will be preferred
