The brainchild of BITS Pilani graduates, Flam was founded in May 2021 with the vision of providing a new & state-of-the-art marketing and advertising medium for brands worldwide.
With our proprietary technology, we’ve been the tech partner in the most successful experiential Mixed Reality Campaigns with brands like Britannia, Ajio & Netflix, Wargaming, Manipal Institutions, BW Business World, and more recently with Dr.
Shashi Tharoor.
We are a high-energy and fast-moving team with a clear focus on creating never-before-seen experiences.
We’re backed by marquee investors - Silicon Valley Quad, Inventus Capital Partners, 9 Unicorns, Kwaish Ventures, and a handful of angels.
Job Summary: The Ad Sales Manager / Head will oversee the ad sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ad sales and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities: ● Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
● Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the ad sales team, ensuring high performance.
● Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
● Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
● Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to senior management.
● Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts.
● Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and ensure efficient resource allocation.
● Negotiation: Negotiate deals and contracts with clients.
Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Knowledge of advertising trends and market dynamics.
● Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
