Our aim is to attract and retain the best by creating an environment where our people can learn, progress, be fulfilled, and successful in their chosen careers.About the Practice: The Global Advisory Technology & Enablement Operations team is responsible for managing, administering, and maintaining a portfolio of applications critical to our Global Advisory operations. This includes tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, ARIS Cloud, and various in-house developed applications built on platforms like SharePoint, PowerApps, and PowerBI.ResponsibilitiesRole & ResponsibilitiesAs an Application Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10+ professionals to ensure the smooth operation and administration of our application portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:Leading, mentoring, and managing the application support team to deliver high-quality support and service to our users.Overseeing the administration, maintenance, and management of applications including Jira, Confluence, ARIS Cloud, and SharePoint-based tools.Ensuring high availability and reliability of all applications, implementing robust disaster recovery plans.Working closely with development and infrastructure teams to support the integration and deployment of custom solutions.Collaborating with IT security teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.Developing and maintaining documentation around application configurations, processes, and user guides.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the performance and efficiency of application support processes.QualificationsThe Individual12-14 years of work experience in IT application support or a similar role, with at least 7 years in a managerial or leadership position.Strong experience in managing and administering enterprise-level applications, with familiarity in platforms like Atlassian Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerApps, and PowerBI.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Effective communication skills to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.QualificationBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute.Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT best practice methodologies.Experience with automation scripting using PowerShell or similar technologies is a plus.
