If you thrive in cross-functional environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and excel at creating clarity from ambiguity, we'd love to connectWhat You'll Do Work with Product Managers, users, and stakeholders to gather and document detailed functional requirements Create high-quality user stories, specifications, and process flows Identify dependencies, risks, and issues across the delivery lifecycle Facilitate discovery, grooming, and user-story breakdown sessions Collaborate closely with PMs, Tech Leads, designers, and developers throughout solution design and development Translate business needs into clear technical specifications Support integration, migration, and data mapping activities Manage scope, communicate effectively, and ensure alignment across teams Handle complex issues independently with minimal supervisionWhat We're Looking For Proven experience in Systems Analysis / Business Analysis Experience writing functional specs & user stories Understanding of APIs and ability to read request/response payloads Exposure to integration, migration, and data mapping Experience with technology-enabled change initiatives Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management & documentation skills Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence Knowledge of both Agile & Waterfall environments Bonus: Familiarity with the EXUS system Financial Services domain experience is a plusWhy Join Us?
