Job Title: Senior Engineer / Territory Manager – Project & RLC Sales
Location: Kolkata / Chennai
Experience: 3–8 Years (HVAC / VRV / RLC Sales & Projects)
Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive sales of Project & RLC (Residential & Light Commercial Air-conditioning, VRV/VRF systems) in the assigned territory.
● Develop and manage relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, builders, and key decision-makers.
● Identify new project opportunities and convert leads into confirmed sales.
● Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
● Coordinate with internal design, service, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
● Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to territory revenue growth.
● Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights for business strategies.
● Support channel partners and guide them on project sales requirements.
Requirements:
● B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline.
● 3–8 years of experience in Project Sales / HVAC / RLC (Residential & Light Commercial Air-conditioning) industry.
● Strong knowledge of VRV/VRF systems and RLC solutions.
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets in project-based selling.
● Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
● Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
