**Sales Executive (Linear Motion Products)**

**Company - Engineering Company**

**Location: Kolkata (Saltlake - Sec 5)**

**Experience: 3-5 years in sales of linear motion products or related industrial components**

**Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential clients in industries such as manufacturing, automation, robotics, and machine tools.
- Promote and sell linear motion products like ball screws, linear guides, actuators, and servo systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- **Technical Consultation & Solutions**:

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Work closely with the engineering team to customize solutions based on client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- **Market Research & Strategy**:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and target segments.
- Contribute to sales strategies and pricing models.
- **Sales Operations & Targets**:

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
- **Customer Support & Relationship Management**:

- Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints.
- Ensure timely delivery and coordination with logistics.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of linear motion systems and industrial automation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in B2B sales of industrial/mechanical components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications.
- Willingness to travel frequently.

Salary - As per imdustry norm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
