The Role: We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to design and implement AI-driven automation workflows, connecting APIs, LLMs, and process orchestration tools to eliminate repetitive work and unlock new efficiencies.You will be responsible for:Building automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or custom Python scriptsIntegrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) into business operationsDesigning data pipelines and task chains for sales, support, or internal toolingTesting, debugging, and improving automated systems for speed and reliabilityCollaborating with teams to understand process bottlenecks and propose AI-powered solutionsResearching and implementing new tools for scalable, intelligent automationIdeal Profile:You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role.You have working knowledge of Workflow Automation Tools (Zapier, Make, n8n), Python Scripting, API Integration, LLM API Usage (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), Prompt Engineering, Process Mapping & Optimization, Automation Architecture Design, Data Handling & Transformation, Testing & Debugging Automation Workflows and Cross-functional CollaborationExperience with workflow automation, scripting, and API integrationsFamiliarity with AI models, LLM prompts, and real-world application of AI assistantsSkilled in Python or JavaScript for custom automation buildsStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to map processes into scalable workflowsExcited about leveraging AI to transform how businesses operateWhat's on Offer?Design intelligent automation solutions for fast-growing, AI-first companiesBuild scalable systems that reduce manual effort and drive efficiencyWork remotely with leading global tech teams and cutting-edge AI tools
