Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive at AJ Starlite (CP Firm), located in Alkapur Township, Manikonda, Hyderabad.
The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including
  • Identifying and connecting with potential clients.
  • Cold calling.
  • Converting cold call to site visits.
  • Showcasing properties with Site Visits ( Multiple projects accross Hyd).
  • Regular followups with Clients.
  • Managing negotiations
  • Closing sales.
  • After Sales support.
The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with developers and staying updated on market trends to provide clients with informed advice and assistance.
Qualifications
  • Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Client Relationship Management and excellent Communication skills
  • Hyderabad Real Estate Market Analysis and Research skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • 0 to 2 years of experience is preferred.
