Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive at AJ Starlite (CP Firm), located in Alkapur Township, Manikonda, Hyderabad.
The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including
- Identifying and connecting with potential clients.
- Cold calling.
- Converting cold call to site visits.
- Showcasing properties with Site Visits ( Multiple projects accross Hyd).
- Regular followups with Clients.
- Managing negotiations
- Closing sales.
- After Sales support.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills
- Client Relationship Management and excellent Communication skills
- Hyderabad Real Estate Market Analysis and Research skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of experience is preferred.
