Chief Payroll Specialist

Our organization is seeking a seasoned payroll professional to oversee the full-cycle payroll process. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and a comprehensive understanding of payroll regulations, reporting, and analytics.The selected individual will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll through ADP Workforce Now, ensuring timely and accurate completion.They will validate employee data, timesheets, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings to guarantee accuracy.Additionally, they will perform payroll reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure compliance and transparency.It is crucial that the candidate has knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations to ensure our organization's compliance.In case of discrepancies or system issues, the candidate must be able to troubleshoot and resolve them efficiently.We are looking for a team player who can collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and streamline workflows. They will prepare payroll metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation to support decision-making. It is also essential that they address and resolve employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.To excel in this role, the candidate must be able to recommend and implement payroll process improvements for efficiency and accuracy. They should be proactive in identifying areas of improvement and proposing solutions to enhance our organization's payroll processes.
