Job OpportunityWe are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Culture and Employee Experience Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a positive work environment and driving business growth through effective employee engagement strategies.About the Role:This role will involve managing all aspects of employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring that employees feel supported and informed. You will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that foster a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement. Additionally, you will assist in improving HR processes and systems, and partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Drive high-touch onboarding and offboarding experiences.Organize engagement, recognition & culture programmes and events that boost belonging and retention.Answer all employee queries and needs.Foster a culture of inclusion, transparency, and high engagement.Assist in improving how we use HR Tools to automate routine tasks.Manage employee data, documentation, and lifecycle updates in all HR tools.Execute internal policy around company asset and data management.Assist in payroll inputs, leaves, reimbursements, and benefits administration.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all operational workflows.Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.Assist in performance review cycles, engagement surveys, employee communications, learning initiatives, and process documentation.Contribute to process improvements, knowledge base creation, and HR automation projects.Generate people-analytics dashboards and reports, use data to spot trends and recommend action.What We Offer:This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
