Web Content Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our operations team (MMA) at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Specialist – Insurance Operations We are a product division of Marsh McLennan Companies and develop custom communication platforms inclusive of a custom branded native app, for our clients. The technology was created by in house developers who are passionate about the product. The Product Support Specialist is a core part of our ability to deliver at a high level of precision. The objective of this position is to collaborate with our Client Services team in developing high-quality native apps that the iNGAGED team can confidently deploy. The Support Specialist will be responsible for creating content in our portal for new client apps, as well as updating content in existing client apps. We are seeking an individual who is driven, works well in a team, is diligent, pays close attention to detail, and takes responsibility for their work. It is essential for this person to be proactive and have a keen eye for even the smallest details. We will count on you to: Collaborate with the Client Services Team in managing work requests through a shared excel document. Communicate with Client Services via email. While most communication will be conducted via email due to time differences, initial training will be conducted through Zoom, and iNGAGED will make necessary accommodations. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, as this skill is crucial for successfully carrying out job duties. Leverage the iNGAGED portal to create and manage app content pertaining to benefits, worker's compensation, time and payroll, and other pertinent areas. Thoroughly examine each client’s Benefits Guide to construct apps, note any missing documentation (summary of benefits) and guarantee the inclusion of all relevant benefits information. Maintain a high standard of grammar and language proficiency, as it is essential for this role. What you need to have: 3-6 years of prior work experience Graduate in any stream Experience in content management Fair understanding of Insurance Broking business and dynamics Good command over spoken and written English Superior comprehension and articulation skills Ability to prioritize and organise tasks, work within stiff timelines Eye for detail and innovative mindset Basic knowledge of MS Office Willingness to learn and adapt to changes Should be comfortable with 2.30pm – 11.30pm and 6.30pm – 3.30am (Should be flexible as per business requirement) What makes you stand out: Insurance certification from The Institutes, USA Post-Graduation/Certificate Courses in Insurance Any prior experience on any insurance process Why join our team: We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
