Head of Paid Media OpportunityWe are seeking a senior paid media leader to oversee and guide the direction of all paid media activities across our client portfolio. This role is responsible for defining strategic approaches, ensuring operational consistency, and maintaining strong performance standards across digital channels.The ideal candidate will act as the primary authority for paid media planning and execution, providing leadership to internal teams and ensuring that all initiatives support broader business and client objectives.This role involves establishing a comprehensive paid media strategy that outlines channel roles, investment principles, and performance expectations.Define a comprehensive paid media strategy incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).Lead paid media planning and execution with data-driven insights and creative solutions.Develop frameworks for optimization, measurement, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with brand goals.Review performance outputs and guide teams toward strategic adjustments based on market trends and competitor analysis.Maintain high-quality communication with clients and internal stakeholders through regular reporting and feedback.Provide leadership, coaching, and support to paid media specialists and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and collaboration.Required Experience & Skills:8+ years working in paid media management, digital advertising, or media leadership roles with experience in leading teams within agencies or large marketing organizations.Deep understanding of major platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic DSPs, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and ability to analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools.Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through data-driven decision making.Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently within a remote structure and maintain high-quality communication with clients and internal stakeholders.Ability to think strategically and lead change management initiatives to drive organizational excellence.
