Job Title: *Digital Media Specialist*Industry: Gold and Diamonds Retail Jewellery / Online StoreAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Digital Marketing Cordinator to manage and optimize our online presence across key digital channels. This role is crucial for driving website traffic, enhancing user engagement, managing our social communities, and supporting customer communications through specialized platforms like WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Website etc. The ideal candidate will be a creative, self-starter with a passion for data and a proven ability to execute measurable digital strategies.Key Responsibilities1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Activity• On-Page SEO: Implement and manage all on-page SEO activities (keyword targeting, content optimization, meta tags, image optimization) to improve organic search rankings.• Website Performance: Monitor website analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console) to track performance, identify user drop-off points.• Content Management: Ensure all website content is fresh, accurate, and optimized for search engines and end-user experience.2. Social Media Management• Strategy & Content: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.• Community Management: Actively monitor, listen, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, acting as the primary voice of the brand online.• Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions) to guide future content decisions.3. Direct Customer Engagement (WhatsApp Business, Website, Instagram etc)• Platform Management: Oversee and manage the company's WhatsApp Business profile, ensuring branding and messaging are consistent.• Campaign Execution: Develop and deploy targeted communication campaigns (e.g., promotional alerts, updates, new product launches) via Social Media.• User Support: Collaborate with the sales/customer service team to streamline the use of WhatsApp for customer support and lead generation.4. General Marketing & Reporting• Campaign Execution: Support the execution of various digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid social media (if applicable).• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the performance of all digital channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.• Trend Monitoring: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and platform updates.• ⁠Required Qualifications & Skills• Proven work experience (X years) as a Digital Marketing Executive, SocialMedia Cordinator or similar role focusing on organic growth.• • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required for content creation, community management, and stakeholder interaction.• PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH: Fluent in English is mandatory for crafting high-quality content, managing user correspondence, and ensuring brand consistency.• Knowledge of SEO concepts, techniques, and tools (e.g., Google Search Console).• Demonstrable experience managing B2C or B2B social media platforms and executing content calendars.• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).• Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
