Founded by a team with deep expertise in AdTech, product innovation, and revenue strategy, NexVerse.ai is focused on building intelligent infrastructure that bridges demand and supply through technology, data, and automation.As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Chief Architect to define and drive the architectural vision for our Ad Exchange stack — including SSP, DSP integrations, and real-time bidding systems.Role OverviewThe Chief Architect will be responsible for designing a scalable, low-latency AdTech ecosystem capable of handling billions of ad requests per day. This is a hands-on architecture leadership role — ideal for someone who enjoys translating business goals into robust, future-proof technology solutions while mentoring a fast-growing engineering team.Key Responsibilities1. Architecture & System DesignDefine the end-to-end technical architecture for NexVerse’s Ad Exchange and SSP/DSP integration layers.Design for high throughput and ultra-low latency (targeting sub-100ms bid response times).Build a modular architecture enabling plug-and-play demand and supply integrations.Lead architecture reviews, scalability planning, and system optimization efforts.2. Technology Strategy & RoadmapDefine and evolve the technology roadmap in line with the company’s growth and monetization strategy.Evaluate emerging technologies (edge bidding, clean rooms, contextual AI models) and drive POCs for adoption.Partner with Product and Revenue teams to ensure architectural alignment with new feature rollouts and revenue models.3. Engineering LeadershipWork closely with backend engineers to define coding, design, and data handling best practices.Mentor engineering talent and establish strong DevOps, CI/CD, and observability foundations.Foster a high-performance engineering culture cantered on ownership, scalability, and innovation.4. Data & InfrastructureArchitect data pipelines for real-time analytics, reporting, and ML-driven optimization.Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and efficient data storage across distributed environments.Work with the DevOps team to optimize cloud cost, network latency, and system observability.5. Compliance & GovernanceDesign with privacy, transparency, and regulatory compliance in mind (GDPR, CCPA, cookie-less identity).Establish frameworks for consent management, identity graph integration, and audience segmentation.Core Technical ExpertiseDeep AdTech ecosystem knowledge: SSP, DSP, Ad Exchange, RTB, Header Bidding, Programmatic Advertising.Architectural mastery: High-throughput, distributed systems design handling >100K QPS.Hands-on with:Languages: Go, Java, or RustDatastores: Redis, Aerospike, Cassandra, ClickHouseStream processing: Kafka, Flink, Spark StreamingInfra & Cloud: AWS / GCP, Kubernetes, TerraformData systems: ETL pipelines, analytics stores, ML model integrationExperience building real-time decision engines and working with data signals for optimization.Exposure to privacy-first frameworks and identity resolution technologies.Preferred ProfileProven track record as Chief Architect / Principal Engineer / Distinguished Engineer in an AdTech or high-scale data platform company.Strong exposure to real-time bidding (RTB) and supply-demand optimization.Entrepreneurial mindset — ability to work in an agile, fast-scaling startup environment.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across tech and business teams.
