Job Opportunity:Technical Support SpecialistThis position requires close collaboration with the Client Success team to deliver top-notch client support for software technical issues and work closely with the Engineering department to identify and resolve these problems.We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can provide technical assistance to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating and coordinating feedback and inputs to the development team based in India.He/She will also assist the QA lead with quality assurance activities, troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team, and engage with internal and external customers to quickly identify and resolve their problems.An ideal candidate should be able to propose workarounds to customers when fixes are not immediately available, offer timely and accurate customer feedback, follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution, and support the rollout of new applications.In addition, he/she will develop procedural documentation to provide support and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Ultimately, we are looking for an individual who can evaluate and test new releases, possibly propose innovative solutions for a smooth operational process.The selected candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Moreover, he/she should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Requirements:Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.Proficient in troubleshooting software issues.Familiarity with quality assurance processes.Knowledge of software development lifecycle.Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Benefits:This role offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.What We Offer:A supportive team environment, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
