Operational Excellence SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to support our client's business processes and operations activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring on-time and high-quality deliverables.Understands and clearly communicates client business issues, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures.Executes and suggests improvements to pre-defined operational processes.Implements process improvements in operational processes and strives to identify such opportunities.Remains current on new tools, techniques, and working models to continually improve/enhance process and design for quick adoption.Develops a strong understanding of operational processes, data, tools & technology to effectively translate business to technology & vice versa.Built subject matter expertise over a period of time and applies it to operational processes.Applies quality checks and validations on all deliverables and reports back results.Executes defined operational models for clients with standard operating procedures, quality assurance quality checks, governance criteria, roles and responsibilities.Coordinates with multiple stakeholders (could be in different time-zones) of the operational process to ensure smooth delivery to client per pre-existing timelines.Assists engineering team to implement new operational procedures and/or improvements to existing operational procedures by providing knowledge about operations and testing the modified procedures.Tests new/updated operational procedures to ensure fidelity.Covers multiple tasks to produce high-quality results.Works on multiple client tasks, strengthening analytic, task management, and communication skills.Collaborates with internal PMG teams to provide all-round value to the firm.Keeps track of unplanned internal & client tasks stemming from operational projects.Carries out secondary research as needed.
