Job Overview:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) you are responsible for driving the growth and expansion of a company's business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing existing partnerships. The role is a combination of strategic planning, relationship management, sales, and market research. Below is an overview of the key responsibilities and qualifications for the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and increasing sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Sales Strategy: Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align strategies and maximize opportunities.
- Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback to senior management.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company and network with potential clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in the property management, Real estate, Hospitality
