Someone who can scale our influencer outreach, grow our community, pull off wacky collabs, and make meet-and-greets feel like events, not chores.What you'll handleBuild + grow influencer outreach listsManage DMs, follow-ups, and creator convos with full energyRun and expand our creator community programPlan + execute meet-and-greets that actually feel lit (attendance, vibes, logistics, hype)Create buzz around every event through content angles, pre-buzz, and post-event amplificationCoordinate collabs, content ideas, campaign momentsTrack responses, maintain databases, keep pipelines aliveSpot rising creators, trends, formats, and viral cuesWhat we're looking for Young, energetic, and insanely plugged into the influencer spaceKnows how creators work — content cycles, negotiation vibes, communication styleExperience in influencer outreach + campaign coordinationStrong people skills; knows how to make creators feel excited and valuedCan ideate hype angles and pull off "this could go viral" momentsOrganised, proactive, and quick on communicationLoves experimenting with wild ideas and turning them into real outcomesIf you're the type who can turn a simple meet-up into a full-blown buzz moment — we want you.
