The role involves overseeing sales operations across designated stores, driving revenue growth, and implementing sales strategies. The Cluster Sales Manager will manage a team, monitor performance metrics, and ensure retail excellence while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, analyzing sales data, and leading training initiatives for store sales teams.QualificationsStrong sales, revenue generation, and team management skillsProficiency in performance analysis and strategic planningLeadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience with retail operations, customer service, and store managementAbility to work in a dynamic on-site environment and adapt to changing prioritiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferredPrior experience in the mobile retail or consumer electronics industry is an advantage
