As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and highly professional Business Development Executive to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our SaaS solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, including markets, clients, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Ensure client satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to align business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate client feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the SaaS domain.
  • Build a strong professional network to uncover new opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.


Key Requirements

  • 3 - 4 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong focus on SaaS-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B setting.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, their lifecycle, and customer needs.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Basic understanding of AI and its applications in business is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to lead initiatives.
