As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving the growth plans of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating new business leads - Managing key accounts - Handling objections - Implementing initiatives to enhance systems and processes To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or automobiles - Self-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal) - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, a flexible schedule, and provident fund. The work schedule is during the day with the opportunity for performance bonuses. The role requires the ability to commute or relocate to Gurgaon, Haryana. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales. Fluency in English is preferred, and a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is necessary.
