Job Description:

As an Application Support Specialist in a school setting, your role would be crucial in ensuring that the various software and applications used for administrative, educational, and operational purposes run smoothly.


Qualification & Skills : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Advanced degree preferred).

Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project management, preferably in the education sector or software implementation projects

In-depth knowledge of School Management Systems (such as MySchoolOne) and Learning Management Systems (such as ManageBac) or strong background and working experience with Customer Relationship Management software and Payment Gateway (PG) systems.

Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and Google Apps and web technologies.

Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in system customization, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Fluency in English, both spoken as well as written.

Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization skills would be a plus
