Position Summary:

As a University Applications & Client Management Operations Specialist at Globestar, you will be responsible for managing operational processes related to university applications while ensuring exceptional client relationships. This role combines administrative oversight of application workflows with proactive client support, ensuring a seamless experience for universities and applicants alike.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Process Management:

   - Oversee the complete lifecycle of university applications, from submission to decision-making.

   - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and accurate data management.

2. Client Relationship Management:

   - Serve as the main point of contact for B2C & B2B clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.

   - Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

3. Data Integrity and Reporting:

   - Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance across application systems.

   - Generate regular reports on application metrics, client feedback, and operational performance for internal stakeholders.

4. Training and Support:

   - Create training materials and conduct sessions for internal staff and university partners on application processes and systems.

   - Provide guidance and support to clients on best practices for using application tools.

5. Process Improvement and Optimization:

   - Identify areas for process improvement within application workflows and client interactions.

   - Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, client management, or a related field.

- Experience of at least 2 years in application support in higher education operations, client management, or a similar role.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data management and reporting tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.


Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with university application management systems.

- Previous experience in UCAS, Common App, university applications (2 years), and managing clients.

- Understanding of client relationship management (CRM) software and best practices.

- Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies.
