Accountant RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accountant to support our financial operations.Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable, including preparing and scheduling payments.Handle reconciliation of bank, credit card, and payment accounts, managing edge cases and exceptions not covered by automated systems.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, maintaining accurate classification of transactions and general ledger records.Support Canadian tax compliance (GST/HST, payroll remittances, year-end filing), as well as U.S. tax-related tasks as we expand into the U.S.Identify and suggest improvements to financial workflows and automation logic.
