Financial Analyst NetSuite PositionWe are seeking a seasoned Financial Analyst proficient in NetSuite to spearhead our accounting and financial operations.Strong background in US Accounting principles and bookkeepingProficiency in Netsuite, with experience in automated bank reconciliation rules setupResponsibilities include:Bank Reconciliation- Daily/weekly import & matching of bank data using Bank Feeds- Automated bank reconciliation rules setup (mapping payees, transaction types, variances)- Investigating unmatched bank transactions & creating missing GL entriesCredit Card Expense Reconciliation- Importing corporate card transactions into NetSuite (Amex, Chase, Capital One, etc.)- Mapping transactions to expense categories and departments/classes- Matching credit card transactions to vendor bills- Monthly reconciliation of credit card statements to GL balancesE-commerce Reconciliation- Matching up payments with their orders for Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and other platforms- Adjusting for variances – reviewing order totals against discounts, taxes, shipping, fees, etc.General Ledger & Financial Close- Monthly and annual accounting period close in NetSuite- Reviewing & posting adjusting journal entries- Reconciling balance sheet accounts: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory & COGS, Deferred revenue, Fixed assets & depreciationReporting & Automation Setup- Building saved searches for reconciliation workflows- Creating dashboards for stakeholders- KPI reporting on AR aging, cash flow, chargebacks, and profitability by channel
