We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Assistant Card Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and management of our Card offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of foreign exchange markets, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to meet customer needs. The Assistant Card Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for our Forex card products.



Roles and Responsibilities:


Product Strategy:


  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Card product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand.


Requirements Gathering


  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and compliance experts, to gather and document product requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.


Product Development:


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure successful product development.
  • Provide guidance throughout the development life cycle, from concept to launch.


Regulatory Compliance:


  • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and compliance requirements related to Cards.
  • Ensure that Card products adhere to regulatory standards and work closely with compliance teams.


User Experience (UX):


  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and user-friendly Card experience.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to enhance usability.


Marketing and Promotion:


  • Work with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials to promote Card products.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market plans for new features and product launches.


Analytics and Reporting:


  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of Card products.
  • Analyze customer behavior, transaction data, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.


Must Have's


  • MBA in Finance, or a related field from a Tier 1/2 College.
  • 2-5 years proven experience in product management, particularly in Cards or financial services products.
  • Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and technologies.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the fintech industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
