Job Overview:

You will be pivotal in coordinating and enhancing the production processes with our third-party manufacturing partners. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers, ensuring quality standards, and implementing efficient production strategies. Ensuring efficient and timely production, you will develop, implement, and manage production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.

Responsibilities:

  • Production: Production Planning, and scheduling with manufacturing units. Collaborate with manufacturing partners to streamline processes, align with production goals, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Capacity Utilization & capacity planning. Optimize production schedules, capacities, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Operations: RM Planning, Process Monitoring, Driving Team for Operational Excellence.
  • Project Management: Anchoring Key Projects, and assisting the NPD with launch projects and trials.
  • Planning: Daily, weekly monthly production planning & dispatch alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and ensure accurate raw material purchases & per production schedules.
  • MIS / Report: Yield Tracking, Report Generation, Reconciliation/Settlement 3PL units
  • SCM / Warehousing: Managing Demand & Supply, Distribution Operations, Inventory/Stock Management. Assisting & coordinating with the demand team & distribution team in supply planning and aligning the same with 3P units.
  • Coordinating with the Production & Sales Team for smooth operations, coordinating across plants for meeting Demand & Supply.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with third-party manufacturers and internal stakeholders. And provide regular reports on production performance, challenges, and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production planning & scheduling.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
