Position Overview:

Wellbeing Nutrition is looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in Google Ads to drive our digital advertising initiatives. As a critical part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility, drive targeted traffic, and generate high-quality leads. Your role will focus on delivering measurable business results through strategic ad campaigns, performance analysis, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Campaign Management:
  • Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube to achieve business objectives such as increasing visibility, driving targeted traffic, and boosting lead generation for Wellbeing Nutrition.
  • Ad Strategy Development:
  • Design and implement data-driven strategies to maximize ROI, CTR, and conversion rates. Continuously improve the effectiveness of ad campaigns based on insights and key performance metrics.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization:
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing search terms. Optimize ad copy and bidding strategies to drive campaign success and reach target audiences effectively.
  • Ad Copy Creation & Design:
  • Craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative assets that resonate with our audience. Focus on driving engagement, improving brand messaging, and delivering business results.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
  • Analyze and monitor Google Ads performance through tools like Google Analytics. Regularly provide detailed reports, actionable insights, and recommendations to improve ad campaigns and optimize spending.
  • Budget Management:
  • Effectively manage advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective ad spend while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
  • Competitor & Industry Analysis:
  • Keep track of industry trends, advertising innovations, and competitor activities. Identify potential opportunities and threats to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team:
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to align Google Ads initiatives with Wellbeing Nutrition’s overall marketing and brand strategies, ensuring cohesive execution across channels.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in managing successful Google Ads campaigns with measurable outcomes, preferably in a fast-paced environment or within the health and wellness industry.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management tools.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that optimize ad performance. Strong focus on improving campaign metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROI.
  • Creativity in Ad Development:
  • Creative mindset to design engaging ad copy and assets that capture audience attention while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and delivering reports.
  • Attention to Detail:
  • Meticulous in campaign management, budget tracking, and ensuring ad delivery aligns with the intended marketing objectives.
