Program Manager RoleAbout the Opportunity:This is a critical leadership position that plays a key role in executing strategic partnerships to drive program implementation and achievement of key performance indicators.Responsibilities include managing all aspects of program implementation, overseeing partner coordination, tracking and analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring quality assurance standards are met.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve program objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Partnership Management: Foster strong relationships with partners to facilitate communication, issue resolution, and resource allocation to support effective program delivery.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze program performance against established metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address gaps.Quality Assurance: Collaborate with content and credentialing teams to ensure high-quality program offerings meet strict standards for content quality and credentialing criteria.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on program status, challenges, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.Minimum 8 years' experience in program management, consulting, or digital learning transformation rolesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrategic thinking and project management expertiseAbility to work effectively in a remote environment as part of a large virtual teamExperience working with digital learning platforms and digital credentialsCustomer/partner relationship skills and a competitive nature with a desire to succeedDrive, self-motivation, and robust organizational skills
