E-Commerce Automotive Spare Parts Customer Service Representative Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Automotive Spare Parts Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels.In this role, you will manage daily customer requests, address complaints and inquiries promptly, and conduct product sales and processing returns. You will also identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, handle customer complaints, and maintain records of customer interactions.You will collaborate with our team of Customer Service Representatives and other departments to find solutions to problems, develop and document knowledge into useful content, and continuously enhance your knowledge of products and services.To succeed in this position, you will require:Demonstrated experience in customer serviceAutomotive repair, parts, and component knowledgeTechnical or engineering experienceProficiency in EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficientlyKey Responsibilities:Manage daily customer requests through shared mailboxProvide member support across multiple channelsAddress complaints and inquiries promptlyConduct product sales and processing returnsIdentify and assess customers' needsMaintain records of customer interactionsRequirements:Demonstrated experience in customer serviceAutomotive repair, parts, and component knowledgeTechnical or engineering experienceProficiency in EnglishStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficientlyBenefits:This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
