The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the complete sales lifecycle — from identifying leads to closing high-value deals — and will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities.- Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.- Conduct detailed market and client analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.- Create and deliver high-impact sales presentations and value-based proposals to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.- Lead, mentor, and motivate junior sales team members to achieve collective goals and maintain a high-performance culture.- Utilize CRM tools effectively to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track sales performance metrics.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the ed-tech or software industry.- Strong network and client relationships within the school and higher education segment.- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and organizational abilities.- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Apply Here:Deekshitha@erelego.comLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/deekshitha-2090b1288Company Address: www.erelego.com
