Responsibilities: Handle multiple clients with a team as well as individually and should be able to retainthe client by achieving the goals and targets. Understand the client requirements and provide customized solutions proactively & makethem successful. Serve as a key point of contact for clients & manage daytodaycommunications.
Closely involved in preparing and executing comprehensive digital marketingstrategies & online media plans. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful deliveryof digital marketing campaigns. Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights and reports toclients. Manage digital paid campaigns on different platforms like Google MetaLinkedin Snapchat etc and track performance very closely in order to deliverexceptional results. Handle digital campaigns on Marketplaces like Amazon Flipkart MyntraNykaa etc for d2c brands. Analyze performance of digital campaigns at different levels using appropriate keyperformance indicators (KPI) classifications: CTR CPC CPM conversions ROAS CACLTV etc. Use data and analytics to provide actionable insights and demonstrate ROI.Work with the data & analytics team and assist them in creation & upgradation ofreports & dashboard products analytics & insights etc. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Closely involved in training new people & upgrading their skills across differentfunctions of digital advertising domain & company processes. Participate in internal meetings to share client feedback and insights.
Qualifications/ Requirements: 24 years of experience in the digital advertising industry with proven track record inperformance marketing & branding handling large scale spends & leading growthinitiatives. Bachelor s degree in Engineering Media Communications Business AdministrationJournalism English or related Fields from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges. Experience in performance marketing growth marketing branding & advertising. Indepth knowledge & handson experience of running Google Ads Meta Ads & otherpaid channels. Good knowledge of analytics platforms like GA4 Appsflyer Meta analytics etc is a plus. Managed good scale digital media spends in performance marketing & branding for anybrand or portfolio of brands. Candidates should be comfortable with advanced data and measurement tools. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms CRM systems and analytics tools anddashboards to derive actionable insights.
