We are looking for a "People Person" in the truest sense. As a Sales Executive, you will be the bridge between our technology and our customers. Your primary mission is to talk to people, build genuine relationships, and drive revenue through trust and conversation. You will manage existing accounts and hunt for new ones, often traveling internationally to meet clients where they are.What You'll Do:- Global Sales Outreach: Initiate conversations with potential clients through various channels. You aren't just selling a product; you are selling a relationship with NetoAI.- Customer Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts. You will nurture these relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.- International Representation: Travel to customer locations outside of India (US/EU/APAC) to conduct face-to-face meetings, close deals, and represent NetoAI at global conferences.- Relationship Building: Turn strangers into acquaintances, and acquaintances into long-term partners. You must be able to strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere—from a CEO in an elevator to a prospect at a networking gala.- Market Feedback: Act as the ears of the company. Gather insights from your customer conversations and feed them back to the technical team to improve our product.Who You Are:- The Education: You hold an MBA from a reputable institution.- The Experience: You have 0 to 3 years of experience. We are open to fresh graduates with the right attitude, as well as those with early-career sales experience.- The Personality: You are an extrovert. You thrive in social situations and get energy from interacting with people.
