Job DescriptionTalasha has been mandated to hire an Assistant Vice President- Performance Marketing for a direct-to-consumer brand that is one of the best-known brands for education-based toys and games for children. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising and will be responsible for building and owning a robust performance marketing strategy across geographies.Key Responsibilities:Build and own a robust performance marketing strategy for Amazon PPC campaigns across geographies.Deliver ROI/ROAS targets and own the performance marketing P&L.Lead the team in executing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns.Create automated dashboards for periodic reporting on Amazon sales and spends.Optimize conversions studying relevant search terms using tools like Helium and targeting relevant audiences.The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams. They will also have strong analytical skills and be able to interpret complex data sets.About This RoleThis role involves leveraging your expertise in Amazon Advertising to drive business growth through performance marketing strategies.
