PA to Director

- Manage the Director's calendar and appointments
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Handle confidential correspondence and documentation
- Travel arrangements and itinerary planning
- Act as a gatekeeper and manage communications on behalf of the Director
- Assist with project coordination and follow up on action items
- Manage office supplies and other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and understanding of confidentiality requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
