This pivotal role demands a deep understanding of online sales strategies, consumer psychology, and the art of creating engaging content that drives purchases.The successful candidate will oversee digital campaigns, craft compelling content, and optimize conversion funnels to directly impact revenue. This is an opportunity for a builder, not a coordinator.Digital Growth & Performance: Manage and optimise Meta, Google, and YouTube advertising efforts; Supervise product catalogue ads, creatives, and landing pages; Enhance key metrics like CAC, ROAS, AOV, and repeat purchase rate.Content Creation (Core Focus): Develop high-converting content for product pages, ads, social media, email, and WhatsApp flows; Script and produce short-form videos, reels, and UGC-style ads; Create content highlighting product benefits, comparisons, reviews, and use-cases; Design basic graphics and video edits using tools like Canva and CapCut.Website & Conversion Optimisation: Oversee product page optimisation, checkout flow, and mobile experience; Conduct A/B tests on pricing, bundles, and offers; Optimise upsells, cross-sells, and post-purchase flows.Brand & Community: Foster trust through content, reviews, testimonials, and social proof; Collaborate with creators and micro-influencers; Manage content calendars and posting schedules.Requirements:Proven hands-on experience in D2C marketingExcellent writing and storytelling skillsComfort in front of the camera or creating video scriptsExperience with: Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads; Shopify/WooCommerce; GA4, Google Tag Manager; Canva, CapCut or similar tools; CRM and WhatsApp marketing toolsWhy You'll Thrive Here:Direct ownership of growth initiativesFast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal bureaucracyOpportunity to build a brand, not just run ads
