Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven delegate acquisition professional to lead sales outreach and drive delegate attendance for our regional and global forums across India, the Middle East, Europe, and the UK.This role can be full-time or freelance and is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, international events environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our network of hospitality executives and ensuring high-quality participation at our events.Key Responsibilities:Identify, approach, and secure delegates from hotels and other key establishments.Manage outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other communication channels to attract senior decision-makers.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly delegate acquisition targets and KPIs.Qualifications:Proven experience in delegate acquisition, conference sales, or event management.Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.A goal-oriented and proactive approach to achieving targets.Background in hospitality, events, or B2B sales is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our events.
