Role Description
The Marketing & Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in generating leads, executing marketing campaigns, and driving outreach within the healthcare sector. This individual will be a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads online through various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, etc.).
- Utilize marketing automation tools to capture and nurture leads.
- Identify and target potential clients (healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics) through market research and analysis.
- Marketing Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Med-X's products and services.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Outreach and Engagement:
- Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through email, phone, and social media.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Marketing Collateral and Content Creation:
- Work closely with graphic designers to develop compelling marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content, social media graphics, etc.).
- Create engaging and informative content for the company website, blog, and social media channels.
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Sales Support:
- Provide a sales team with necessary marketing materials and support.
- Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals.
- Track and report on marketing and engagement metrics
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field. (Must have)
- Experience: Proven experience in a marketing or business development role, preferably within the healthcare industry and international businesses , specially to help grow in USA
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
- Content Creation: Ability to create high-quality marketing content and collaborate effectively with graphic designers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
