Role Description

The Marketing & Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in generating leads, executing marketing campaigns, and driving outreach within the healthcare sector. This individual will be a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads online through various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, webinars, etc.).
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to capture and nurture leads.
  • Identify and target potential clients (healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics) through market research and analysis.
  • Marketing Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Med-X's products and services.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Outreach and Engagement:
  • Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients through email, phone, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  • Marketing Collateral and Content Creation:
  • Work closely with graphic designers to develop compelling marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content, social media graphics, etc.).
  • Create engaging and informative content for the company website, blog, and social media channels.
  • Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Sales Support:
  • Provide a sales team with necessary marketing materials and support.
  • Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Track and report on marketing and engagement metrics


Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field. (Must have)
  • Experience: Proven experience in a marketing or business development role, preferably within the healthcare industry and international businesses , specially to help grow in USA
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create high-quality marketing content and collaborate effectively with graphic designers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
