About the Role: As a Brand Sales Manager with clients, you will be responsible for conceptualizing digital solutions with the creative team to deliver client and brand requirements. You will also be responsible for independently driving timely and high-quality sales pitches for the company. In addition, you will be expected to actively reach out to brands and agencies to create new monetization opportunities and drive them to closure with seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, corporates, and brands.
  • Sales Strategy: Build & sustain a sales stratergy to meet your monthly targets
  • Market Insights: Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to craft tailored offerings that meet client needs.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for agencies, brands & clients to ensure smooth and sustained engagement.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, driving upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Design, Animation, Video, Concept) to align efforts and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client acquisition, revenue growth, and market insights.
