This role involves collaboration with cross-functional technical teams to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of production issues.Key Responsibilities:- Handle L2 support tickets and ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and escalation.- Perform configuration management and system administration activities.- Support release management cycles, including pre- and post-deployment validations- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline fixes and updates.- Query databases and troubleshoot issues using Salesforce tools and data models- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions for knowledge management.Skills & Qualifications:- 1–3 years of experience in L2 or application support roles.- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM with ability to perform queries across databases.- Knowledge of configuration management and release management processes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
