We are hiring for a steel manufacturing for Caster Operation at Hazira, Surat.


Experience: 10 Years to 15 Years

Education: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Operation

Strong experience on Twin slabs or think slab caster operation experience.


Function Skills:

1. The Role of Caster Operation Shift In-Charge is the responsible person for ensuring uninterrupted production without any Quality compromise. His key role is shift production and planning in co-ordination with Up-stream & Down-stream facility.

2. He is responsible to archive daily/monthly/yearly production target.

3. Identification, Implementation, and positive compliance of PSM Module, TBRA, HIRAC, PTW before planning and commencement of major and routine job. He must ensure that associates team member should also have mandatory domain awareness about the same.

4. Process monitoring & control Manpower planning, Maintaining zero deviations in safety as well as Quality in Shift. As per SCM Melt plan he must fulfilled daily targets.

5. He must have the domain expertise on emergency response plan for emergency conditions.

6. Development & implementation of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) & Change Management Drives, Safety & Environment compliance, and Nurturing of Employees & Associates.

7. He must have act as an Owner of the shop during shift hours with Close coordination with Maintenance team for 100 % plant availability.
