Position:
Caster Shift Incharge/ Shift Incharge - Caster operation -Mechanical Maintenance SMP - Spares Preparation & Contracts.
Education - B.E/B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Full Time)
Experience - 11+ above Yrs
The role of Mechanical – Spare Planning, Procurement and Contracts is to ensure the Spare availability, Service Contracts availability, Budgeting, Stock Auditing & Optimum Inventory maintenance etc.
Possess basic domain knowledge/expertise on Mechanical Drawing & Part List Reading of Gear Box + Pumps + Hyd. Cylinder + Roller Assembly + Alignment, etc., PIDs – Hydraulics + Lubrication, + Pneumatic, Water & Media Systems, Rigging, Grinding + Welding + Cutting, Trouble Shooting, Condition Monitoring, Analytical Skill, Documentation, etc.
He must have knowledge to make BOM of all area equipment’s and preparation of item codes, service codes and converting codes in SAP for PR. Coordination with all concerned for the availability of Spares and Services. Preparation of Annual budget for smooth running and functioning of Plant.
He must have knowledge of SAP MM and PM modules.
He must have knowledge to make ISO documents like SOP, HIRAC, EPP, ERP and other relevant documents which are required for ISO procedure,
He must have knowledge for developing of vendors and should have better communication to deal with vendors and internal department planners.
He must have the domain expertise on Implementation of preventive and condition base maintenance system for all static and dynamic equipment’s installed in area and their compliance, shut down planning, projects to reduce the MTTR and enhance the MTBF, Spare planning and minimizing the dependency on OEM by in house development or through Local vendors to reduce to spare cost & inventory also.
Development & implementation of SOPs & Change Management Drives, Safety & Environment compliance, and Nurturing of subordinates & associates.
