Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead our IT security efforts. This role will be responsible for driving the improvement of our organization's IT security posture by proactively identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks.Key Responsibilities:Drive the improvement of our IT security posture by proactively identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks.Design and implement technical risk mitigating measures, including security solutions for developed systems, infrastructure, and office networks.Assess and evaluate the IT security aspects and cybersecurity risks of critical software, tools, and systems used to achieve business objectives.Maintain and improve MAS Technology Risk Management compliance and ISO 27001 certification by crafting policies, developing key security processes, and communicating with auditors and regulators.Monitor systems, investigate cybersecurity alerts, and respond accordingly while keeping senior management informed.Create and conduct IT security training programs for employees.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent.At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial institutions or fintechs.Good appreciation of the enhanced risks of cryptocurrency and how to mitigate these risks.Strong understanding of MAS TRM, ISO 27001, CIS, or equivalent standards.CISM/CISSP certification or equivalent.Technical experience with using security tools.DevSecOps experience is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable with ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:Additional qualifications that would make you an ideal candidate include CISM/CISSP certification, DevSecOps experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
