Regional Business Development ManagerThe primary objective of this role is to identify and nurture potential franchise investors, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of our business model and guiding them through the onboarding process.Lead Generation: Establish connections with prospective franchisees through various marketing channels and referrals.Sales Execution: Convert qualified leads into confirmed franchise sign-ups by presenting our opportunity and addressing their inquiries.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees before, during, and after onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and long-term success.This position requires exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as a basic understanding of franchise operations. Proficiency in CRM tools and WhatsApp Business is also necessary. A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication is preferred, along with 1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Franchise, B2B Sales, or Tele-Consulting. Relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, edtech, or startups is a bonus.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and convert potential franchisees.Establish and maintain a network of contacts within the franchise industry.Provide regular updates and support to existing franchisees to ensure their continued satisfaction and success.Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.Requirements:Proven track record of success in sales and relationship-building.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of franchise business models and operations.Proficiency in CRM tools and WhatsApp Business.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication.1-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Franchise, B2B Sales, or Tele-Consulting.Relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, edtech, or startups.
