We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with 5-10 years of experience to join our Field Services sales team for Odisha and Chhattisgarh State. This position reports to the Key Accounts Head, Services Sales This “business-to-business” sales professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business, maintain an existing territory of business, and establish and work with Distributors/partners. The candidate must be comfortable in selling technical services solutions like modernization / up-gradation / recurring services / spare parts of MV/LV equipment to all segments of customers. Experience in MV / LV / Equipment or Solution / Transactional sales is one of the key parameters. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Creating, planning, and implementing sales strategies and business development initiatives in alignment with global strategies. 2. Collecting market information, tracking forthcoming projects, and monitoring competitors’ activities, organizing one-to-one/group sales presentations. 3. Identifying new opportunities for existing customers within the defined geographical area 4 . Selling a full range of services offered through a consultative selling approach. 5. Managing customer relationships through all phases of the sales cycle. 6. Key Account Management. 7. Continuously maintain and update the market information in salesforce CRM. 8. Supporting other functions during order execution & payment collection Qualification BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute Experience: 5 – 10 Years
