We are looking for energetic, passionate, and focused professionals to join our fast-growing Branded Content Production team. This is a role that calls for a dynamic team member with a deep understanding of production, creativity, and strategy.You will play a pivotal role in shaping the next wave of branded content across Digital and Broadcast Television platforms.Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Bring strong coordination, and team management skills to drive projects and people forward.Guide and mentor team members, ensuring high standards of execution and accountability.Lead the team with the Head and supervise them to achieve goals conducive to the organization's growthCross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Sales, Strategy, and Editorial teams to ensure all branded content production aligns seamlessly with campaign objectives and client expectations.Creative Direction & Strategy Provide clear creative vision and strategic direction to elevate brand campaigns. Innovate on production decks for brand collaborations and bring new ideas to life with a deep understanding of client needs.Content & Production Standards Maintain high production standards across a variety of content formats—TV, Digital, Short-form, Long-form, LIVE, and Post-produced. Ensure consistent quality and impactful storytelling across platforms.Ideation & Campaign Development Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop unique and engaging branded content campaigns that deliver value for clients and the network alike.Events & On-ground Experience Bring prior experience in managing and executing branded on-ground events, seamlessly integrating them into larger campaign rollouts.Interested candidates may share their profiles to chirag.verma@republicworld.com
