brand and functional video projects from start to finish Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to determine project goals timelines and logistics Coordinate all aspects of video production including shooting editing and post-production Direct and lead on-camera talent and crew members during shoots Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met to ensure right matrices Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production for social media YT FB Insta Linkedin Twitter etc Ensure all videos meet quality standards and brand guidelines Manage multiple projects simultaneously Work closely with video editors to ensure that planned video projects are executed as per agreed upon deliverables with the quality committed Develop and maintain relationships with clients and cross-functional teams Requirements Qualifications Experience in video production for social media and corporate videos Proficient in video editing software Premier Pro Knowledge of camera and lighting equipments Excellent English Hindi communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor s degree in Film Video Production or related field Experience in managing a team of videographers and editors Ability to conceptualize and execute creative video ideas Understanding of current video trends and technologies Ability and experience to feature on camera and do English Hindi voice
