**Job Summary**:
**Hosting**:
Host and present YouTube videos in an engaging and informative manner.

Interact with viewers through comments and live chats.

Develop a strong on-screen presence and personality.

Be able to go out in the field and speak with people, if needed.

**Video Production**:
Develop and produce high-quality video content for our YouTube channel.

Research and write scripts for videos.

Have Basic knowledge of video editing.

Ensure videos meet production standards and deadlines.

Optimize videos for search engine optimization (SEO) and social media sharing.

**Collaborations**:
Collaborate with other team members and external partners to produce content.

Research and identify potential guests or collaborators for the channel.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, film, or a related field.

Experience in video production, editing, and hosting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.

Basic knowledge of Camera work and video editing

Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing.

Passion for creating engaging and informative video content.

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience working in the media or entertainment industry.

Knowledge of YouTube analytics and best practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
