This role blends strategic thinking, creative direction, and production leadership to deliver compelling branded content that not only meets client objectives but also elevates brand storytelling.Responsibilities: End-to-End Video Production Lead the full video production process to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.Creative Development & Storyboarding Develop compelling creative concepts and storyboards that translate briefs into engaging visual narratives.Client & Stakeholder Collaboration Align with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.On-Ground Shoot Management Manage all on-site production activities to ensure efficient, safe, and seamless execution of shoots.Post-Production Oversight Supervise editing, sound, and finishing processes to ensure polished final outputs that meet brand and quality standards.Multi-Platform Content Adaptation Optimize and adapt video assets for various digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.Quality Control & Brand Alignment Ensure every video adheres to brand guidelines, technical standards, and quality benchmarks before final delivery.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) as a B2B Branded Content Producer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing successful branded content campaigns.Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. In-depth knowledge of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into compelling content.
