Role: Video Producer & Editor (Podcasts, YouTube, Short Ads)Experience: 2–3 YearsLocation: Noida, Sector 150 (In-office)Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe’re not looking for a “reel transitions editor” who only adds trendy effects.We need a Video Producer who can plan, shoot, and edit:- Long-form podcasts- YouTube videos (educational, interview, storytelling)- Short-form ads & Reels/Shorts that actually sellIf you can’t handle a project from concept → shoot → edit → final export, this is not your role.Key Responsibilities1. Pre-Production & Planning- Convert ideas/briefs into scripts, shot lists, and basic storyboards- Plan podcast & YouTube shoots:- Camera angles, framing, b-roll requirements- Lighting setup, background, props- Coordinate with hosts, guests, and team for shoot schedule2. Production (On-Site Shooting)- Handle DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, tripods, mics, and lights during shoots- Set up clean audio for podcasts (lapel/shotgun mics, basic room treatment awareness)- Shoot YouTube videos, talking-head content, product shots & ad creatives- Capture b-roll that actually supports the story (not random slow-mo nonsense)3. Post-Production (Editing)- Edit podcasts (multi-cam, jump cuts, removing dead parts, adding basic graphics)- Edit YouTube videos with strong pacing, hooks, and retention in mind- Create short-form content (Reels/Shorts) from long-form videos- Add:- Clean subtitles- Basic motion graphics, lower thirds, titles- Music, SFX, and basic sound clean-up- Export platform-ready versions (YT, IG, FB) in correct formats & aspect ratios4. Creative & Performance-Driven Thinking- Understand what makes people stop scrolling in the first 3 seconds- Collaborate with content/marketing team on:- Hooks, CTAs, and storytelling angles- Thumbnails ideas and key visual frames- Repurpose content: 1 podcast → multiple shorts → clips → highlight edits5. Organization & Ownership- Manage file organization, backups, and project structure- Maintain a content pipeline with clear deadlines- Deliver on tight timelines without killing qualityMust-Have Skills- 2–3 years of solid hands-on experience as video editor + shooter- Proven work with:- Podcasts (video podcast is a big plus)- YouTube videos- Short ads / Reels / Shorts- Strong command over at least one main editing software:- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve- Basic to intermediate skills in:- After Effects / motion graphics (text, logo, simple animations) – bonus- Audio clean-up (noise reduction, EQ, levels)- Strong sense of:- Framing & composition- Lighting basics (three-point, soft light, contrast, etc.)- Storytelling & pacing- Ability to handle end-to-end video production without hand-holdingIf your portfolio is just template edits from CapCut/InShot with no real shoots you directed or managed, don’t apply.Good to Have- Experience in education, spirituality, astrology, self-help or D2C brands- Understanding of performance creatives (what works in ads vs organic content)- Experience coordinating multi-cam podcast setups- Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO, titles, and thumbnailsWork Environment & Expectations- In-office role – Noida, Sector 150- Fast-moving, content-heavy environment (multiple shoots & edits per week)- You’ll work closely with:- Founders / key talent on camera- Content & script team- Performance marketing team (for ad creatives)If you need “slow, agency-style 3-week timelines” for one video, this isn’t for you.
